The singer is apparently getting back together with the famous band that was probably the catalyst for his solo career. When asked if he will also be singing with Take That again, Robbie Williams said only the following: “We’ve got together, done bits and bobs. I can’t say much, but yes, I hope so.” Now where did this spontaneous decision come from? Does Robbie Williams think he has done enough with himself by making his extraordinary contributions to music and now wants to lift his former band mates a bit too? Or has he finally woken from that semi-conscious phase in which he actually refused to participate at the MTV European Music awards and wants to do something to get his “groove” back? Focus man, focus!

Singer Robbie Williams has a back-up plan if his new album flops – to go into reality TV.
The 35-year-old, who has recently moved back to the UK after living in the US for the past few years, is nervous about his new album – Reality Killed The Video Star – being a disaster, and plans to venture into the world of reality TV if it is.
The star told Capital FM: “I love reality TV, it’s the only thing I watch. If this CD fails and Take That doesn’t do well, Strictly Come Dancing then straight to panto.”
He also added that he gets really bad stage fright after being out of the spotlight for the past three years.
He told British radio station Key 103: “I get tremendous stage fright that’s getting in the way of me enjoying it. Awful, awful, growing more and more as I get older.”

Robbie Williams has whisked his girlfriend Ayda Field off on a paradise break as his former band Take That storms ahead with a sell-out UK tour.
Putting rumours of a long-awaited reunion between the British pop star and his old pals firmly to rest, the lovebirds hopped on a private jet to the Caribbean on Thursday.
Williams’s dad, Pete Conway, and two other couples joined the one-time heartthrob and actress-singer Field.
The group briefly stopped off in Miami before flying to an exclusive hideaway.
After clearing US immigration, Williams had headed straight outside the airport to light up a cigarette, where he posed for a gaggle of photographers.
The group was then picked up by a chauffeur and ferried to the nearby private airport.
Williams, 35, seemed happy and relaxed, but looked somewhat dowdy in a grey granddad-style cardigan and baggy jeans.
The Rudebox singer returned to live in England with Field in the new year after spending five years in LA, where he had kept a low profile. He is recording a new album, expected to be released in October.
Meanwhile, his former Take That bandmates have been riding a fresh wave of popularity during their biggest tour yet. The four were this weekend preparing to wow Glasgow fans during a hat-trick of circus-themed shows.

The singer is apparently quite heartbroken over the fact that he is unable to bring his dogs over from Los Angeles in the UK. Moreover, he supposedly spends six thousand dollars a month to visit them. This is what Robbie Williams wrote on his blog about the matter: “We’ve come back to see the Dogs….. because of the ridiculous quarantine rules …… The Little ones and the big ones have to have Jabs then wait a whole 6 months before they re deemed fit enough(well, rabies free) to join us in England…It’s a stupid law but one You can’t do anything about.” Strange that Robbie Williams has to wait six months for his dogs to be allowed into England… I hear dogs die from rabies in about ten days so where’s the logic in it. Maybe the authorities in the UK consider that if the dogs can survive for six months in a place like Los Angeles then perhaps they may have developed some sort of immunities and can be considered valuable members of the British canine community.

The singer has reportedly resolved his differences with the former band, especially with Gary Barlow, and might rejoin them. Robbie Williams said the following about Take That coming back together: “Let’s see what happens, but my head’s in the right place, so the timing could be right if Gary calls. I think it would be fun. It would be good. I’m in regular contact with them, even Gary, so it’s looking more likely by the week. The lads seem up for it and some people think it’s a done deal.” Robbie Williams’ head is in the right place? And where would that place be? Surely not between his ears or on his shoulders… those days are long gone now.

Well his Mum might be dreaming that her son will rejoin former band Take That as they climb to success with their reunion gig; but Robbie Williams is not welcomed by lead man Gary Barlow.
Only weeks after the band claimed the door was always open; Gary has now claimed there is “no place” for Robbie. Furthermore, Mark Owen can be quoted as saying, “We asked him when we reformed but he had commitments – he had to walk his dog that day.”
Ouch! Robbie is not having a good time at the moment. After splitting with the band in 1995, blaming his relationship with Barlow; he rose to stardom as a solo artist in his own right. But now it seems not only did the critics slash his latest album, Rudebox, he appears to have writers block.
Is this the end for our Rob?

Robbie Williams’ Mum has been quoted as believing that her son is likely to perform with Take That again. Robbie is said to be very pleased for his former band’s current success; despite rumours that he himself is drying up and becoming “old news”.
Jan Williams said: “On the question of him doing something with them, I feel that will happen. It would be something he wanted to do. I’m thrilled that out of all the negative stuff that happened in the past, there’s now something great happening.’
Also to quell the rumours that Robbie is “losing it” as mentioned in recent papers, mummy dearest has said her son is a very happy boy at the moment; switching his time between recording and writing in his studio, and playing football with his mates.
Oh, well, if Mummy says so it must be true. Everyone can stop worrying now.
