Chris Kirkpartrick recently let it become known that an NSYNC reunion could be on the horizon. The singer said “You never know what the future holds. Anything could happen. We’re all just being ourselves for a little while. I think when the stars are aligned, the time is right, and all five of us have our heads on straight and know the direction we’re going as a band, it’ll eventually happen. If not, I know we’ll be best friends forever.” Why he thinks that Justin Timberlake would be stupid to get back together with his former band mates is beyond me. But then again, he has been making a lot of questionable career choices with not making any new music lately.
The remaining Spice Girls are reportedly planning to reunite for a full-scale comeback in the upcoming weeks. How will it be full-scale if Victoria Beckham isn’t part of it? Oh well, it’s not like Posh’s singing talents were ever really featured anyway. Victoria says that she doesn’t have the time or desire to join the group again but Mel B, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C will be meeting up to discuss the reunion. And they’re not at all worried about not having the biggest star among them coming with. A source said “When Geri left the first time, she was arguably the band’s biggest star… If they coped without her, they are confident they can make it work without Posh.” Another source said that the girls plan to be on the road by this time next year.
There are all kinds of rumors going around after the Spice Girls, minus Victoria Beckham, were spotted together at dinner last week. The theory is that another reunion is in the works for the UK girl band and it is seemingly more accurate as time passes. Geri Halliwell recently confirmed that she and the rest of the singers were talking about future plans. Now, Mel B has gone on her Twitter to address the rumors saying “World cup! wow the press are soo silly no I am not getting the girls together for the world cup!!! We are getting together for other reasons!”

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has hinted that the band might get back together.
Ginger Spice has sparked rumours that the group might possibly reunite.
Geri, 37, told U.K. TV show This Morning: “We are friends first and foremost. Obviously a career and music evolved through that friendship I think. Whatever happens afterwards is a bonus.
“We always talk about creative plans. Right – now, I’ll be honest: We are gathering information about a possibility, but I don’t like to… when you are evolving a plan, you don’t want to share it with the world.”
The girls have reunited previously for the Return of the Spice Girls tour back in 2008.
Michelle Williams was recently asked about whether there will be a Destiny’s Child reunion some time in near the future. The singer said “It will definitely happen. We’re sisters, we love each other and we want to work on the future of Destiny’s Child.” The three ladies of the group began their solo careers back in 2005 with Beyonce obviously being the most successful. Of course Michelle and Kelly Rowland will be up for getting the group back together. It’s just a question of the super diva that is Beyonce wanting to participate as well. Who knows? It can make them some cash if anything.
Michael Jackson’s 50-date ‘This is It’ tour has now turned into a tribute show and rumors have been going around regarding the performances. Reportedly, the show will feature the late singer’s siblings and other artists using dance routines, sets and costumes created for the King of Pop’s concerts at London’s O2 Arena. No details have been confirmed but people are concerned that it would be impossible for a tribute show to play more than a few nights at the venue. But according to The Sun, ABBA is in talks to reunite and will fill in all those empty dates at the arena, despite previous claims that they will never perform again.
It seems that someone for some strange reason has started a rumor that states there would be an ABBA reunion in order to fill in for the Michael Jackson concerts which are not going to take place due to the death of the pop legend. However, Benny Andersson from ABBA dismissed all of these speculations: “No one has even asked us, and if they asked us they would have ‘no’ as an answer, because Jackson’s concerts were going to happen in a week.” He also added an ultimatory note: “And even if it wasn’t happening in a week, no, no we’re not on.” Looks like this whole thing touched a rather sensible chord in ABBA’s artistic sense… or at least in that of Benny Andersson’s.
Michael Jackson’s brothers and sisters are planning rehearsals to perform at least one of the late King of Pop’s scheduled shows, according to U.S. reports.
Sisters Janet and LaToya are looking to join the remaining Jackson 5 brothers to perform a tribute on July 13, the day Jacko would have played his first comeback show at London’s O2 arena.
“If all goes well, the Jacksons are looking to fill at least five of the 50 gigs their superstar brother was scheduled to perform on his sold-out comeback series,” a report said.
A family member told the paper: “We might do the 13th or a date in August with Jan and Toya.
“It’ll be good and we’ll do it right for Michael.”
The stars, including brothers Tito, Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon, are putting aside their differences and are working on the choreography to back up songs and dance numbers Michael already worked on.
They are even looking at a world tour after playing at the O2, a family source said.
With the first concert date looming and with Jackson’s memorial-service extravaganza on Tuesday, the famous siblings are racing the clock.
“They’re working on keeping the tour going,” said another family source.
The latest old school celebrity to get his own reality show is MC Hammer whose show ‘Hammertime’ premiered last weekend. We’ll all be getting the inside scoop on his family and where his shiny pants have gone. But did you ever think that a reunion with the original white rapper Vanilla Ice would be going down? Hammer confirmed that the former rap star will make an appearance on the show saying “Well, get ready for a big reunion with me and Vanilla Ice that can’t be missed. We meet up, or Tweet up, in Utah and do a little somethin’ there.” Frankly, you can never give me enough reasons to want to watch this show.
The recently reunited boyband admitted that they would like their children to be the new Corrs. However, it seems Lee Ryan has already foiled their plans, as he himself admits: “It’s wicked being a dad. I’m the only one of us with a boy, which screws up our girlband plans – now we’ve got to do the Corrs.” Given Blue’s supposed plans and this statement by Lee Ryan, the expression “do the Corrs” sounds a little off bounce here. It will be interesting to see what the gals from the real Corrs have to say when they read about this one.
