The future on Neverland Ranch is still in doubt and it looks like it’s not the only home Michael Jackson is about to lose. The fallen King of Pop has made a trend of neglecting his fiscal responsibilities when it comes to his homes. According to public records, Jacko repeatedly failed to make mortgage payments on his Encino, California property. He has $154,000 in missed payments on a $4 million loan as of January 17th. The default was withdrawn early February. Other documents show that Jacko also faced possible default over missed payments on the home in April and August of 2007.
Britney better take note of this. This is what happens when you spend all your money and do no work!

Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur and Will Smith – the different sounds of these guys pretty much run the gamut of the music industry. Yet they are being tied together by one big lawsuit. An old-school bluesman is suing the 3 musicians claiming that they all stole his song ‘Different Strokes’ without paying proper tribute or loot.
Sylvester ‘Syl Johnson’ Thompson, who played with Junior Wells and Howlin’ Wolf among others, alleges in the copyright infringement suit that Jacko’s ‘Blood on the Dance Floor’, Wills’ ‘Who Stole the DJ’ and Tupac’s ‘Peep Game’ all borrowed from his 1967 hit ‘Different Strokes’. He’s claiming that he hasn’t seen one cent from any of them and is seeking unspecified damages.

Maybe he’s siding with Heather. Maybe he’s jealous that Paul still has a recognizable face. But Michael Jackson has a pretty clear message for Paul McCartney on the 25th anniversary release of ‘Thriller’ – the song is mine!
FOX News is reporting that the new mixes on the re-release of ‘Thriller’ are out and Paul is nowhere to be seen on the new version of ‘The Girl is Mine’. Jacko and producer will.i.am have rubbed out Paul from the song which was originally a duet of the two pop icons. Other songs include a version of ‘Billie Jean’ by Kanye West and ‘Wanna Be Starting Something’ by Akon.

Michael Jackson has made a very rare appearance and I think I know why he’s been coming out rarely. His face is falling apart! He looked like a character from ‘Star Wars’ when he was spotted wrapped and bandaged in a Las Vegas bookstore over the weekend.
The 49-year old former King of Pop went into a Barnes & Noble with his three kids and it looks like he may have just gotten from a surgeon’s office to try and salvage his face. His disintegrating face originally made headlines a few years ago when he was seen in court with a nose that looked to be falling off. Now, it looks like Jacko’s face is about to melt.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5…that’s how many Jacksons there were performing back in the 1970s with “I Want You Back” and “Never Can Say Goodbye”. And now brother Jermaine says they’re well on their way to a reunion tour, set to begin sometime in 2008. It is planned to be an all out reunion, including brother Michael who left the group in 1985 to pursue his solo career.
Jermaine was the lead singer before Michael took over and has been instrumental in planning the reunion. He says Michael has been at the meetings and will definately be involved. “He has to be. He is a Jackson.”
According to Jermaine, this isn’t the first time the Jackson 5 have tried to come back together. Plans for an earlier regroup were set aside in 2005 due to Michael’s child abuse case.
Jermaine is hopeful that this tour will bring them closer together and closer to a new album. He says the band is currently in the studio working on a new project.
Personal opinion here - look at Michael as a musician and not as a person when you’re considering their reunion. Taking no sides here, but whether you believe in his guilt or innocence regarding events in his life, you can’t deny that he’s had some amazing musical accomplishments. Give him, and the other 4 Jacksons, some kudos for having the cajones to get back out there!

Could Michael Jackson finally be coming out of hiding? There are reports that Michael Jackson might appear in “The X-Factor.” Don’t you dare call MJ a lost cause! In the music business, he is what everyone strives to be! Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Usher, Pete Wentz even (lol)…the list could go on forever. I can’t wait! I hear he has an album on the way later this year or next year. I can’t wait for his comeback either! The Smooth Criminal is back! Love him! And why is that we always love to hit out at famous people, why is that we always love to tell someone that they are not good enough to remain in the entertainment business anymore when actually that person is striving hard to make a comeback and regain some of his lost glory. Why can we be supportive to a legend at whose feet taps the world once learnt a new dance form that became a rage. Call me crazy but I really do miss Michael Jackson. He might be a lost cause but I’m still waiting for his comeback!

Troubled pop star Michael Jackson has been sued for breach of contract by the man who housed him after his 2005 child molestation trial. The Thriller hit maker and his family fled to Bahrain to live with Sheik Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifat two years ago. Come on Sheik, what did you expect while giving him shelter that some say he would return the favor and give shelter when you are thrown out of your country for digging all the oil of your country to USA. After all you are dealing with a person who apparently has this huge belief that all humans really evolved from monkeys… And is trying to look like one all his life and has yet to succeed.. HIS LIFE IS SUCH A TRAGEDY, AND HE KEEPS DIGGING DEEPER AND DEEPER. How could he have taken time off from that makeup thing he has do for 10 hours every day so that he can face his own family members, the Sheik would have been waiting for like 15 years to get to see Michael Jackson if at all the Sheik had to recover some money that Jackson had borrowed from this Sheik.

In a deposition in the court Michael Jackson says that he was saved from financial disaster when he was fighting child molestation charges because of the advice he was given by Rev. Jesse Jackson and billionaire Ron Burkle.
The Daily News said in Sunday editions it reviewed seven hours of transcripts, finding that the singer believed disloyal advisers took advantage of him financially before a Santa Maria, Calif. jury acquitted him of child molestation in June 2005.
Last summer in Paris again in a deposition Michael told that there are “sharks, charlatans and impostors” in the music industry.
“Because there’s a lot of money involved, there’s a bunch of schmucks in there”, Jackson said. “It’s the entertainment world, full of thieves and crooks. That’s not new. Everybody knows that.”
Jackson said that in the child molestation trial he was given wise advice in cell phone calls with Burkle, the billionaire friend of former President Clinton during bathroom breaks.
Jesse Jackson, who has known the singer since he was a child was brought in by Burkle to help with the consultations, the newspaper reveals.
The deposition was made in preparation for a civil trial expected to begin this week in U.S. District Court. The case against Jackson was brought by a Hackensack, N.J. finance company that claims he cheated the company of $48 million.
