Former Fugee Lauryn Hill has reportedly been taking riding lessons at an equestrian center in New Jersey. Well, she’s not making new music or doing any work, so she has plenty of time to take up a new hobby. I’m glad she’s actually found something to keep herself busy. I wonder if she’s having a midlife crisis with this. She doesn’t really look the type of being a horse person. Not that I’d know anyway. A source said that she wandered in right off the street to inquire about lessons. She apparently did ok for her first time up on a horse. I wonder when she’ll get back into the recording saddle.

No, you’re eyes aren’t fooling you. That really is Lauryn Hill in that picture. The retired former multi-platinum selling singer is apparently a fan of Martha Stewart. The former Fugee also took her kids to a signing for the domestic diva’s new book ‘Martha Stewart’s Cooking School Lessons for the Home Cook’ at a Williams Sonoma store in New Jersey recently. Whatever happened to her? She just let herself go in all aspects. She had such a promising solo career too. I guess she’s going to be stuck to just being a domesticated mom and no longer a successful musician.
