Def Leppard’s former manager, Trudy Green, filed a lawsuit against the 80s band and their accountant for breach of oral contract, fraud and intentional interference of a contract among a few other things. Trudy began managing the band in 2005 but the trouble began during their 2008 tour. The documents state “Plaintiff was not paid its earned commissions on this tour pursuant to the Agreement and, after the Band had been paid, spent the next several months working with Def Leppard’s accountants and other professionals to determine the amount of commissions due, and to ultimately receive payment.” Trudy is seeking a jury trial and asking for at least $700,000 in damages.
