T-Boz Gets Swine Flu
Tionne Watkins, aka T-Boz from TLC has reportedly contracted the swine flu. The R&B singer has had her fair share of medical problems – she was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia as a child and also underwent brain surgery in 2007 due to a brain tumor. T-Boz told reporters “My daughter and I had sore throats that lasted about three days, so we went to see an ear, nose and throat specialist. After examining us, he told me my daughter had the flu – and I had swine flu… I made arrangements right away for my daughter to stay with my mom… I had to stay in the house and away from everyone. It hit me really hard…I had a bad cough, and my ear was infected too. I got up to go to the bathroom and became winded.” T-Boz is now in the clear of the sickness after being hospitalized for 12 days.
