Aerosmith Lawsuit
September 28th, 2009 by Hannah
Steven Tyler and his bum shoulder will be gyrating on stage with the rest of his band Aerosmith next month in Hawaii due to a court order and he’s required to not suck at it. The band will be performing concerts on October 18 and 20 after losing a class action lawsuit back in July which was filed after the band cancelled a 2007 show in Maui. According to a clause in the settlement, the gigs have to be the same “quality, type and duration” as a regular Aerosmith concert which includes all aspects of the show down to the “stage, lighting and sound quality”. This would normally not be a problem but the band was forced to cancel the rest of their 2009 tour back in August after lead singer Steven fell off a stage and injured his shoulder.
