The former wife of Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood has apparently been on an endless quest to find love again ever since her husband left her for a young Russian waitress. Jo Wood’s son, Jamie, said the following about her: “Mum’s had a new lease of life. It was hard at first when Dad went, but every cloud has a silver lining. She’s free and now she’s trying to spread her message. And she has so much energy – she’s amazing. We can’t keep up with her. She’s out all the time.” Jo Wood herself said the following about regaining her freedom: “Well, what do you want me to do? Sit at home and knit booties? I don’t think so. How am I going to meet the right man if I’m not out and about?” Knitting booties would’ve probably been more productive. But as the legend goes, the damsel in distress must seek out the valiant knight who’s probably hiding in some dark corner with his Prozac in one hand and a shovel in the other.
