No Doubt plan to donate their music to fans
Hit ’90s band No Doubt who reunited last and are scheduled to proceed with a massive North American tour this year and Gwen Stefani being a crowd puller concerts are expected to be full house. Now the rock band has added a special incentive for each fan who will buy tickets to their summer concerts.
No Doubt has pledged that each fan who buys a ticket during their upcoming summer tour will being gifted their entire back catalogue of music for free. Yes that is absolutely true, the band has announced that each fan purchasing a top price ticket to any one of their shows shall receive access to all of their music online for free.
In a statement released by the group they say, “Since the band is heading back to the road, we wanted to find a cool way to get people listening to our music and stoke them with a great deal at the same time.”
That’s what happens when you are a huge group churning out hits one after the other and then leave the scene and now they want people to listen to them again so there has to be some marketing gimmick to get people redirected. Nice strategy surely but ticket prices shouldn’t be exorbitant either.
