90s Bands Coming Together

James Iha, formerly of the Smashing Pumpkins, Taylor Hanson from Hanson, Fountains of Wayne Bassist Adam Schelsinger and Cheap Trick drummer Bun E. Carlos have joined together to form a new super group. I never could have imagined this collaboration. The new group’s name is Tinted Windows. The band’s official debut will be on March 20th at Pangaea in Austin, Texas as part of the SXSW music festival and their first album is said to be already completed and set to come out in the spring. Who could have even thought that these guys knew each other well enough to form a band?
