Insane Clown Posse Sued

John Antonelli is suing rap rock duo Insane Clown Posse after being struck by a launched soda bottle at their show in North Dakota back in June 2007. The bottle was thrown into the audience by ICP member Violent J and hit Antonelli in the face and ended up with a fractured bone beneath his right eye. Antonelli is seeking $50,000 in damages and is also charging the venue with insufficient security and control of Violent J. The trial will take place in July 2009. I wonder why he decided to take his time before filing suit. And I never knew that there’s still someone out there who would actually admit to seeing an ICP concert.
