RIP Eartha Kitt

The legendary Eartha Kitt has passed away. The entertainer who did just a bit of everything died of colon cancer last week in Connecticut. The singer and actress, best known for the legendary purr in her role as Catwoman in the ‘Batman’ TV show and her song ‘Santa Baby’ was performing up until this past summer. It just went to show just how strong and resilient she was as she still got up everyday to perform despite her health battles which could have been plaguing her by then. Eartha’s memory and her work will live on and never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
