STEVEN ADLER WILL AVOID JAIL TIME

It pays to have a good and expensive lawyer.
The original drummer for Guns N’ Roses will most likely avoid jail time after pleading no contest on Friday to felony drug possession charges stemming from a July arrest.
The former drummer was ordered by a Los Angeles to return to court Dec. 12, where it’s expected he will be sentenced to rehab.
We can all remember (well, not all of us really) when Adler was arrested in July in Hollywood after someone complained that he was causing a disturbance. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count for being under the influence.
Even so, the DA’s office says that charge will likely be dismissed once he is admitted to the treatment program.
