Four Tops Singer Dies

Four Tops lead singer Levi Stubbs recently passed away in Michigan. He was 72 years old. Levi had been in ill health since he got diagnosed with cancer back in 1995. A stroke and other health problems led him to stop touring in 2000. Of the original Four Tops members, only one survives – Abdul ‘Duke’ Fakir. My condolences go out to the family of Mr. Stubbs. While I can honestly say that I am not quite familiar with his music, I am sincere in saying that his music work will not be in vain and will be remembered. May he rest in peace.
