Meat Loaf Ditches Award

Janet Jackson, Cher and now Meat Loaf! The oldies rocker was recently awarded the ‘Q Classing Song Gong’ for his 1979 hit ‘Bat Out of Hell’ at the Q Awards ceremony which was held in London. Unfortunately, he had to leave the festivities early to receive medical treatment after suffering vertigo. Meat Loaf apparently hit the red carpet looking dishevelled, was unsteady on his feet and spoke incoherently when he accepted his gong on stage. Award show-goers also say that he almost fell during the presentation of the award. Is it really vertigo or was he just drunk? If it was vertigo, I hope he gets better. If he was drunk, he needs to set his priorities straight.
