Yoko Ono Wins

As it came out last month, Yoko Ono was going to court to prevent the release of a tape featuring her late husband John Lennon smoking weed, writing songs and even discussing putting LSD is President Richard Nixon’s tea, from going public. The footage, which was taped by Yoko’s ex-husband Anthony Cox, was set to be released by World Wide Video after they purchased the video from Cox in 2000. However, it looks like it’s never going to happen as a US District Court Judge in Boston has ruled in favor of Yoko. Why? What is so wrong with having a man smoke weed anyway? At that point in time, weed was pretty much the in thing.
