Sex Pistols New Album
It has been 30 years since the one and only album released by punk band The Sex Pistols, titled ‘Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols’.
But new reports say that Johnny Rotten, Glen Matlock, Steve Jones & Paul Cook are ready to hit the studio again and may release a new album this year.
Last year, the band re-recorded ‘Anarchy In The UK’ for Guitar Hero III. A new version of ‘Pretty Vacant’ was done at the same time but remains unreleased. Later this year, the Pistols will reform for a fully-fledged tour of Festivals. The new material is to modernize the set list.
‘Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols’ was their one and only studio album. It was released in October 1977. Johnny Rotten left the group in January 1978. It was truly a short story.
