Despite years of drug and alcohol abuse; hell-raising Pogues singer Shane Macgowan has reached the grand old age of 50.
You wouldn’t credit it; but he actually attributes his “old-age” to his lifestyle; saying “Smoking, drinking, partying – that’s why I’ve stayed alive as long as I have. I party my way through life.”
Well I wouldn’t recommend the toothless singer’s lifestyle as a way to stay young and fit and if you look at him closely neither would you; but we wish him Many Happy Returns on the milestone regardless.
