James Brown’s Missing Money

James Brown may be long gone but that doesn’t mean that he’s safe from all the tabloids.
The deceased singer’s kids are all grief-stricken not because their dad is dead but that a large amount of his money has been deemed missing.
An investigation looked into the handling of Brown’s estate and told a judge that David Cannon, a former trustee and co-executor of the late singer’s will, may have misappropriated up to $7 million. A 10-day deadline has been given to give back $370,000 and a 20-day deadline to pay $30,000 for legal fees and to produce other documents.
