Toni Braxton Bounces Check

Toni Braxton is in a world of trouble. The wardrobe designer who made the costumes for the singer’s Las Vegas show is suing her claiming that she bounced a check for the clothes.
According to legal papers filed last Friday, Anthony Franco, was commissioned by Braxton and Liberty Entertainment, Inc. to design Toni’s entire wardrobe for her ‘Toni Revealed’ show. A price of $35,000 was agreed upon and that it was received by check which then bounced due to insufficient funds. Franco claims he has been paid $20,000 but there is still a $15,000 balance. He also claims that the defendants put a stop payment on the check.
Toni’s show started in August last year and is still going strong, so why not pay?
