Spinal Tap Reunites for Live Earth
The hilarious spoof band Spinal Tap reunited for an amazing performance at the London sector of Live Earth concerts. The band was originally created for a 1984 movie called, “This is Spinal Tap”. Creator of the band Rob Reiner stated how the band had been unhappy with the movie but was delighted to regroup for the Live Earth shows. Dwarves dressed as monks joined the band on stage dancing. After their set the band was joined by the Beastie Boys, Metallica and more to form a super group performance. Fans of the 1980s movie were surely impressed with Spinal Tap’s addition to the Live Earth shows. The fictional band was much loved and missed over the years they have been absent from the music or movie scene. Large venues and organized shows are a great way to get people joining together for one giant cause no matter whom they are or why they have been away.
