Spector gun death ‘was sex crime’
Music producer Phil Spector murdered an actress at his home in a “sexually motivated” crime, a court has heard. Lust is an act that drives us crazy and leads to great anger when sex is met with disappointment from the other sex. On Tuesday, Sheriff’s homicide detective Mark Lillienfeld testified that Mr. Spector’s briefcase contained a packet with one Viagra pill and empty spaces for two more. However, Mr.
Lillienfeld later told the defense that he had no evidence to suggest that Mr. Spector had taken Viagra that night. So the court doesn’t know and has no evidence to prove that Spector under influence of Viagra or some other drug but in the process a life was lost and if Spector was under no influence then it is cold blooded murder. If convicted, he faces between 15 years and life in prison.
